We are Filip and Valerie Cappelle-Sartelet, the people behind Fuerteventura 4 You. We provide a personal and reliable service to property owners in the north of Fuerteventura, with a strong focus on care, discretion and quality.

In Belgium, we gained extensive experience in construction and renovation projects, carrying out much of the work ourselves while also taking care of the planning, supervision and coordination. In addition, we built up solid experience in property-related services, where cleanliness, organisation and reliability were always essential

In Spain, we lived and worked for many years in the Málaga region, where we ran a Bed & Breakfast for twelve years and personally took care of the maintenance, follow-up and contact with local professionals. This taught us how important it is for a property to remain in excellent condition at all times, and for owners to be able to rely on a fixed and dedicated point of contact.

Today, we live in Fuerteventura and are fully settled on the island. With our experience and strong local connections, we focus entirely on residential property services: supervision, maintenance, coordination and practical support — always with full respect for the property and its owners.
